Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant for our company. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and other members of the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling appointments and meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence and provide timely responses or route them to the appropriate person.
  • Draft and edit documents, including correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate and organize events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Assist with personal tasks such as booking travel, managing appointments, and running errands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commonly used software programs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
